Here is some information to assist you in purchasing my artwork.

Contact

In the first instance please contact me preferably by email. You can contact me through the website contact page form or send an email to – rgfreer@yahoo.co.uk

I am happy to answer any questions about the artwork and can send you additional pictures of the work.

Payment

If you have decided to purchase an artwork I will send you an invoice to request payment. Payment can be made through PayPal or bank transfer. You will receive a receipt of payment.

Delivery

You will be informed when delivery is arranged and given an estimated date for delivery which can be discussed for your convenience. You will also receive a tracking number. Delivery cost is included in the price of the artwork displayed on the website. Additional costs apply for deliveries outside of the UK.

Returns

If you decide you are not happy with the artwork and wish to return it this can be arranged within one week after receiving the artwork and you will be refunded, minus costs for postage.

Hanging

Oil paintings are on stretched canvas frames. A wire or string is attached to the frame so that they are ready to hang. Drawings and watercolours are not framed unless this is requested and we can discuss framing options. These are delivered in flat reinforced envelopes.

Certificate of Authenticity

If requested I can provide a signed certificate of authenticity with your purchased artwork.
